Quando mi è arrivata a casa la copia di novembre de “La Cucina Italiana” sono rimasta a bocca aperta per la meraviglia (e con un po’ di bava sugli angoli della bocca): davanti a me si è materializzata una deliziosa tempura di gamberi e verdure a cui non ho potuto resistere e che ho provato a fare come segue.

E se avanza? Beh, questa possibilità è decisamente remota, ma se proprio dovesse succedere è sufficiente riscaldarla nel forno preriscaldato a 100°C per pochi minuti.
