Se mi seguite sui social avrete visto che di recente ho avuto la possibilità di assaggiare tantissime delizie Clai e di prendere parte al contest “Morsi d’autore Clai”.
La ricetta con cui ho partecipato è il salame all’aceto con polenta e ricotta.

Cara Cristina, questo piatto mi ritorna indietro di 70 anni, ricordo che la mia cara mamma usava darci ha noi bambini del salame fritto con dell’aceto e ricotta, per noi era una festa.
