Dopo gli intensi bagordi pasquali, è giunta l’ora di depurarsi con un contorno leggero: i carciofi saltati in padella.
Gli ingredienti per 2 persone sono:
– 4 carciofi
– 2 cucchiai di aceto bianco
– olio
– succo di limone
– peperoncino
– aglio in polvere
– rosmarino
– sale
Uniamo l’aceto, peperoncino tritato a piacere, gli aghi di un rametto di rosmarino e un pizzico di sale e cuociamo per 10′ a fiamma vivace.
