Oggi vi propongo un contorno semplice e salutare con protagonista la zucca: la zucca al rosmarino.
La ricetta si ispira a quanto trovato su “Il cucchiaio d’argento”.
Gli ingredienti per 2 persone sono:
– 350g di polpa di zucca
– 1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco
– 1 spicchio d’aglio
– 1 rametto di rosmarino
– olio
– sale
– pepe
Sbucciamo la zucca e tagliamola a fettine sottili.
Puliamo l’aglio, sbucciamolo e facciamolo soffriggere in una padella con poco olio (nella foto: padella con rivestimento antiaderente Plus + Risolì).
Uniamo la zucca e lasciamola soffriggere per circa 2′, poi togliamo l’aglio, uniamo il vino e facciamo evaporare l’alcol.
Cuociamo a fiamma bassa per circa 30′, poi uniamo gli aghi di rosmarino, il sale e il pepe.
Infine lasciamo cuocere per altri 2′ circa.
La zucca così è molto saporita ed è perfetta per accompagnare piatti di carne.
